Our seasonal, locally-sourced menu honours timeless traditions while nurturing a sustainable future - and our plant-forward approach to dining celebrates the seasonality of ingredients and the principles of zero-waste.

No one loves community like we do, especially when it involves food.  We designed our dining experience to enable sharing and connection in true Greek fashion, offering family-style platters alongside à la carte options.

Produce that grows with the seasons just tastes better - and we know that. We source our ingredients from across Crete, an island abundant with some of the freshest, tastiest produce in Greece.
