Arrival & Parking
Accessible parking spaces are available close to the main entrance, clearly marked and designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility. The parking area connects to the hotel pathways via flat, stable, and well-lit surfaces.
Entrance & Circulation
The main entrance is step-free and accessible via gently sloped pathways. All primary circulation areas within the property, including reception, public spaces, and outdoor common areas, are designed to allow wheelchair access. Doorways and corridors meet accessibility width standards, enabling smooth and independent movement.
Reception & Service Areas
The reception area is fully accessible, with clear maneuvering space for wheelchair users. Staff are trained to provide assistance when requested and are available to support guests with specific accessibility needs throughout their stay.
Guest Rooms
Designated accessible guest rooms are available. These rooms feature step-free access, wider doorways, accessible bathrooms with walk-in showers, grab rails, non-slip flooring, and appropriate turning space for wheelchairs.
Restaurants & Common Areas
Restaurant and lounge areas are accessible via level pathways. Tables are arranged to allow comfortable access for wheelchair users. Outdoor dining areas are similarly accessible, with firm and level surfaces.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available in public areas of the hotel, clearly signposted and conveniently located. These facilities include grab rails, accessible sinks, and adequate turning space.
